Carlos is a former Amazon executive responsible for leading Amazon’s implementation of Lean systems for the past 20 years. Trained by former Toyota Executives and working with top Lean experts including James Womack, John Shook, and Marc Onetto, Carlos was instrumental in enabling Amazon to become a world leader in efficiency, scalability, and standardization. He brings a combination of Lean and Six Sigma mastery with experience delivering Intelligent Automation Solutions including Robotics, Automation, IoT, AI and Gen AI to radically transform processes and lead organizations to execute Lean systems at scale.
